Lylie is a freshman at Redbank Valley and this is her first year writing for The Bark. Lylie chose to be a part of the newspaper staff because she absolutely loves writing. She has participated in choir for six years because singing is one of her passions. Lylie plans on becoming a better writer and hopes to be a staff member until she graduates. Lylie also plans on going to Chicago, Illinois, for college. Outside of school, Lylie enjoys walking around her neighborhood and hanging out with her best friends every day. She has two sisters and three little nieces that are very supportive and are always there for her. Lylie is a very kind-hearted person and is often putting her friends before herself, despite being a very independent person.
