It’s the time of the year when you can start joining new clubs. FBLA is a club for students 9th-12th grade who are interested in working in a positive manner and bringing education and business together. FBLA’s advisor is Mrs. Dinger, so meetings are in Room 131 during Activity Period Wednesdays on A days. Andrew Adams is the president of this club, Vice President- Zoe Henry, Treasurer- Logan Markle, Secretary- Eli Carlson.

FBLA members participate in activities such as going to competitive events in the business area. This year Mrs. Dinger’s goal is to get members to go to more competitions and maybe go to nationals! Community service also plays a big part in being a member in FBLA. Members volunteer for projects that benefit Edgewood Heights residents and also encourage teachers and staff with surprise tokens of snacks and uplifting quotes. If you are planning to go into the business field, please stop in Mrs. Dinger’s room on a meeting day to join!
