Congratulations, Mrs. Walter!

Congratulations, Mrs. Walter!

The goal of the Pennsylvania Association of State Retirees, PASR, is to support public education.   They established the Lauretta Woodson recognition program to honor one educator and one support professional for doing an outstanding job within a district or school.

This year’s winner for the Outstanding Paraprofessional Educator Award is our very own, Jodie Walter!   She was nominated by Mrs. Kathy Dinger, a former RVHS teacher who still substitute teaches in the district.  Jeremiah Wolfe, whom Jodie has been assisting all through high school, presented her with the award and a heart-warming speech at Monday’s Awards Assembly. So, if you see Mrs. Walter, don’t forget to give her a big congratulations and pat on the back.  Congratulations, Jodie!
