Congrats to Hallee Sayers for her success with the American Legion Auxiliary Essay Contest.   She not only won first place at the local level, but went on to win first place at the council level.  The topic was “How Do We Keep Lincoln’s Promise to Our Veterans and Their Families”.   Hallee and her family will accept her award at a dinner on April 7th in Knox, where she will be reading her essay.  Way to make Redbank proud!
