I’m sure you have noticed the bright bubbles filling the show cases with uplifting quotes and anti-bullying slogans while you’re strolling down the hall.

Bullying has always been, and always will be, a big problem in schools. As a class of seven ladies learning about pregnancy and child care, we know the importance of this topic. We have all come together to create a wall in the Family Consumer Science that expanded into the hallways.

This project all started because we were sick of hearing about our friends and classmates getting bullied and harassed. We decided to take a stand and help students at Redbank know that they are not alone. We hope that reading these slogans will brighten your day and remind you to keep your head up and keep going no matter what people say to you!

Awesome article, Erin! I’m so proud of you for sharing this with the school and I am honored to have taught such a lovely group of ladies that care so much about their classmates. Thank you for taking a stand.
