10 Tips for Keeping Your Locker Clean!

Since we are approaching the half way mark of the school year, you might be realizing that your locker is getting messy, and needs some refreshing. Here are 10 tips to get your locker reorganized for the rest of the year.

1. Keep all your books, binders, and folders all together on one shelf.

2. Put whatever book and/or binder you will need for each class together, and then put them in the order of your classes on your schedule.

3. Make sure all your papers are put away in a folder or binder instead of laying through your locker.

4. If you want your locker to look nice, zip your backpack in the morning after you are done unpacking it, which will also give you more room.

5. If you are an athlete, you don’t have to worry about putting your big gym bag in your locker. If you wanted to work something out with one of your teachers, they might let you place your bag in their room until the end of the school day.

6. If you do not have a pencil cup and instead of letting pencils be all over you locker just keep them in a small pocket in your bookbag or in a pencil pouch.

7. If you have Homework and you don’t want to forget you can just set in a different spot in your locker where your other books aren’t and then put in you backpack at the end of the day, instead of putting it in you backpack in between classes.

8. Don’t leave hoodies and gym clothes all through your locker because not only will it take up all your room it makes your locker look very unorganized.

9.  Since it is winter and you will probably be wearing a winter jacket or some type of coat to school instead of putting it down in your backpack you can hang it under your bookbag so then it is not able to fall out while you are getting your books out or keep your locker door from closing.

10. Lastly, if you bring you lunch or put any type of food in your locker do not keep forgetting it or just let it in because then it will start to stink and then your whole locker will stink.

I hope these tips will help you to get your locker organized for the last few months of school.
