I would say my favorite college basketball team would be the University of North Carolina. This may be the reason why I am picking them to win and yes it is, but another reason is that I think they can do it. They beat  Duke University who had the top players out of high school. The First round I have the Tar Heels beating the Iona as do a lot of other people. Unc as a record of (27-6) and they are 1st in the Midwest Region. Iona is coming into the tournament with a record of (17-15) They play each on there Friday, March 22.

I have a feeling the 6′ 5″ UNC freshmen, Coby White, will have a monster game. He is the point guard for them and a really good one. Coby averaged  16.3 pts, 3.4 Reb, 4.2 Ast. His field goal percentage is 43% its not too bad but it is not great. The Tar Heels will most likely Be playing through this kid the whole game as well as other players. Coby is one of many guys that I like to watch on this UNC team. This Freak of Nature goes by the name of Nassir Little. Little is a 6′ 6″ freshmen from Florida. The day of October 4, 2017, choose to play for the Tar Heels. Nassir is the 6th man on the UNC roster and is a good fit for him he can come into the game when the posing players are hurting and/or out of breath and completely dominate the game by his size. He will use his strength to his game if you see him coming down the court HE WILL DUNK ON YOU!! Despite being on the bench Little still averages 10pts and 5reb a game that really good for a 6th man. For him being really well I think him and Coby might declare for the Nba Draft next season.

Cameron Johnson, a 6′ 9″ senior forward, averages 16.9 pts, 5.8 Reb, and 2.3 at with have a 50% field goal percentage. This being his last year Cam and his fellow seniors will be playing like there is no tomorrow. Hoping to get a National Championship before their College basketball career is over. I would say Cameron Johnson is my favorite Tar Heel player righImage result for north carolina basketball logot now. Seeing that he can shoot the ball really well, he can dribble, and he can drive in and either go up on contact or he can kick the ball out to one of his teammate for an easy jump shot.

Luke Maye is a 6′ 8″ senior forward. He averages around 15 pts, 11 Reb, and 2.5 assists per game. Maye hit one of the biggest shots of his career in the 2017 Elite Eight game against The University of Kentucky the final score was 75-73. That game advanced North Carolina to play Oregon in the Final Four. He was a big part of the Tar Heels success this year hitting some 3 pointers and by working the post despite him being a 6′ 8″ 240lb forward when he is at the three-point line you best put a hand in his face or else he will shoot and will make you pay.

I can not forget about the legion himself the man that help this team to where they are now. Arguably one of the best coaches in basketball history Coach Roy Williams. Williams has been coaching the Tar Heels since 2003. His record as the coach is 453-132. I do not know about you but this is really good. Ever since Williams got the head coach title he has won three National Championships  (2004-05), (2008-09), and (2016-17).

I feel like North Carolina has a really high percent chance of winning the National Champion this year They play Auburn tomorrow in the Sweet 16. That game will prove if UNC is worthy of having another Championship. I think they have what it takes but they have to prove that to the country.
