Student of the Week – Josie Delp

Q: What are your hobbies and extracurricular activities?

A: My hobbies are spending time with friends and family, kayaking in the summer, and I throw for track.

Q: When you get screen time, what are you viewing?

A: I’m usually watching something on Netflix or on social media.

Q: What is your favorite memory from high school?

A: My favorite memory would be going to the Scare House with Ciara Mills and going to the Burgatory after. Then playing Africa by Toto on all the iPhones at Target.

Q: Where is one place on the planet you would like to visit someday? Why?

A: Honestly, I’d love to visit anywhere in Europe, but if I had to pick one place, I would pick Italy because my ancestors came to the U.S. from Rome.

Q: What is your favorite class subject and why?

A: My favorite class would have to be biology because it challenges me, and because I’ve never really learned about it before.

Q: If you could have dinner with anyone from the past or the present, who would it be and why?

A: I would have dinner with Trump because he’s my favorite president, and it would be cool.

Q: If you had to write a thank-you note to a person who has taught you an important life lesson, who would it be? What lesson did you learn?

A: I would write a thank you note to my parents because they always support me in everything that I do, and they are always there for me.

Q: What is your passion, as of right now in high school?

A: Right now, I am mainly worrying about my grades and the upcoming track season.
