The Redbank Valley High School District has a new nurse. Her name is Valerie Steffy. Mrs. Steffy might be new to being a nurse for the high school,  but not to the school district–she’s been employed by Redbank Valley for 11 years as the nurse in the elementary school buildings.    She studied at West Penn to get her nursing degree.  As of now, she does not have a set schedule of when she is at the high school because she is still responsible for the nursing care at the elementary school. She is only able to come to the high school when they can find an aide for the other schools.  She hopes that eventually she will have a set schedule.
